Believe it or not, but I wasn't always a bathroom remodeler. In fact, I actually started out in gutters. I always loved working with my hands, and I always loved talking to people. So home remodeling seemed like the perfect fit… and it is. I absolutely love what I do.
So what happened, and how did I get into bathroom remodeling? Well, I'll tell you. It has a lot to do with wanting to make people happy.
Let me explain.
For years, I ran a gutter replacement/protection company. During that time, I started to notice that many of my customer’s windows were suffering from frame damage due to leaky, damaged gutters that I had just replaced. Being the typical "class A" personality, I was unwilling just to leave it alone. So, I started a window division of my company. All of a sudden, I'm doing windows and gutters.
Now here is where a funny thing started to happen. You see, I am a firm believer in ALWAYS taking care of my customers. Do whatever it takes to make sure they are happy and that they get EXACTLY what they pay for—a system that works…period.
Well, my clients loved it. And more and more of my clients started asking me if I did home remodeling…specifically bathrooms. Well, you only have to beat me upside the head about a half-dozen times for me to "get it." So, low and behold, I started a bathroom remodeling company in Hampton Roads. We started small, but we now are the premier bathroom contractor of choice for Hampton Roads, Hampton, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Williamsburg – all of Hampton Roads!
